Interested parties are encouraged to submit a completed pre-rental packet to our on-site management team. The pre-application packet will be processed in accordance with the community Tenant Selection Plan. Eligible applicant households will then be placed on the appropriate waiting list for the community.
In accordance with Hud Handbook 4350.3 Rev1, the security deposit amount due at time of move in will be the greater of a) One month’s total tenant payment, or b) $50.
Taunton Plaza is a federally subsidized housing community serving elderly (62 and over) and disabled households. Applicant households must fall below the published income limits based on household size. Additional screening criteria such as criminal background screening and residency history among other things are detailed in the Tenant Selection Plan.
